We are looking for dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience, and it requires a minimum of a 12th-grade education.Key responsibilities include:1. Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients, chopping vegetables, and ensuring that all necessary items are ready for cooking.2. Cooking: Support chefs by cooking simple dishes and ensuring all meals are prepared to quality standards.3. Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing kitchen equipment.4. Stock Management: Help with inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and ensuring that food items are stored correctly.5. Team Support: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.To succeed in this role, candidates should have a passion for cooking, a good understanding of food hygiene standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is essential for maintaining quality and cleanliness. Strong communication skills will help in coordinating tasks with the team. A willingness to learn and adapt is also important, as this role will involve following instructions and receiving training from experienced staff.
