- Responsible for accurately taking stock of inventory in the store- This involves physically counting and recording the quantity of products available in the store to ensure accurate inventory levels.- Assisting with restocking shelves and organizing merchandise- Help in replenishing shelves with products and arranging items in an orderly manner to enhance the shopping experience for customers.- Providing support to customers and answering their inquiries- Assist customers by answering their questions, helping them locate products, and providing information about promotions or discounts.- Helping with packing and labeling products for dispatch- Aid in packaging products securely and labeling them correctly for shipment to customers or for storage purposes.- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store- Keep the store clean and organized by sweeping, dusting, and ensuring all products are in their designated places.Required Skills and Expectations:- Must be a male candidate with a minimum educational qualification of passing 10th grade.- No prior experience required, as this is a position for freshers.- Should have good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with numbers for stock taking.- Must be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy boxes or items when stocking shelves or packing products.- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.

The picker is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipping or distribution according to customer orders. This involves retrieving items from shelves or storage, ensuring correct quantities, and preparing them for packing and shipment. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are key requirements. Accurately select items based on order slips, invoices, or digital orders. Retrieve items from shelves or storage areas using manual or equipment such as hand operated hydraulic trolley Verify the quantity and quality of items picked to ensure orders are accurate and complete.Load and unload order products into Delivery vans.
