We are hiring an Equity Manager for our financial advisory firm. The role involves analysing equity markets, providing technical and fundamental research, generating trading and investment recommendations, and managing client portfolios. The candidate will monitor market trends, prepare research reports, guide the advisory team, and ensure effective risk management for clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the stock market, analytical skills, and experience in equity research and trading. Relevant experience in financial advisory or investment research and certifications such as NISM will be an added advantage.

Company Roles and Responsibilities:As a Sales Manager in the Sales and Marketing department, you will be responsible for leading and managing the salesteamtoachievesalestargetsanddriverevenuegrowthfortheorganization.Yourroleinvolvesoverseeingthe sales process, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stake holders. Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.3. Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Ensure that sales pipe lines are effectively managed and that opportunities are followedupon promptly.4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, conversion rates, andcustomer acquisition costs. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.5. It would be best if you have interest in stock market and some prior knowledge. Trading analysts study stock market activity, execute trades, and monitor and analyze trade activity on behalf of us. This job will mainly revolve around strategizing and executing the trades in stock market. We will train and provide knowledge for the basics in initial days.Interview will be in 3 phases:1. Submission of Resume & a telephonic round which will help us understand the candidate.2. Meeting Round : Here an interview will be taken in our office and a small test will be conducted to know the mathematical , logical reasoning and analytical ability of the candidate.3. If you clear the above two rounds then there will be a three day training and practical round where you will mock trade ( not actual money)4. If the candidate clears the third round and due diligence is complete( documents ), then the candidate is hired.
