Stock Manager Job Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the stockroom, including receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing goods and materials.2. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure optimal stock levels.3. Ensure proper handling and storage of all goods and materials to prevent damage or loss.4. Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to avoid shortages.5. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.

We are looking out for Female Spa Manager for the location Ludhiana. Roles and Responsibilitiesa) Her responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting welcome guests, answering calls, assisting guests on spa services, booking appointments, and charging appropriately for the services availed.b)Supervising all store operations like scheduling, training, ordering supplies, opening and closing store, and keeping a record of the cash register and cash deposits.c)Solid understanding of hospitality management and methods to ensure customer satisfaction.d)She will train, supervise the team and terminate, in case of poor performance or failure to follow Spa guidelines.e)Maintain standards of excellence, interfacing with guests and staff.f)Upheld the ambiance and appearance of spa and treatment rooms.g)Target local clientele; plan and execute all local marketing, PR, and promotional events.h)Effectively coordinated all spa operations on a daily basis to ensure a smooth, successful operation.i)Generate successful marketing ideas by determining opportunities.j)Responsible for hiring new employees for the spa.k) Create and implement a performance-based employee recognition program that increased productivity by motivating Massage Therapists to strive to work to their full potential.l)Provide the highest quality guest service and resolved all guest concerns beyond their satisfaction.m)Reduced costs by monitoring supply usage and changing maintenance service providers.n) Developed new customer relations through telephone and personable contact and sales activity.o) Manage and assist in all areas of administrative work including data entry, and receptionist duties.
