The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including store handling, store operation, warehousing, retail store operations, warehouse operations, inventory, stock taking, and stock maintenance. The Store Manager is also responsible for inventory planning, ensuring that the store has the right amount of stock to meet customer demand.Key responsibilities of the Store Manager include:- Managing a team of store staff, including hiring, training, and supervising employees- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and implementing

Daily Inventory cycle count of available stock in store & reconciliation with system Maintain register day to day (outward register, incoming register, and purchase register) Maintain documents records ( purchase bills ,sales bills , challans , couriers slips bilty . Maintain the store and records area in a neat and orderly manner . Maintain stock inventory day to day (main stock register ) Raw material issue to production as per production slip & handover to concern authority. Inbound material Goods inspection report physical vs. document, if something shortage, excess & damage then same communicate to supplier and our org mgmt, GRN process as per Physical rpt. Daily finished goods stock take over from production dept & entry in FG1 stock Store. Dispatch plan destinations wise as per allocation. Picking, packing, labeling & strapping & put way the goods in dispatch area for loading. Vehicles arrangement as per indent with in a time line with follows up of transporter. Documentation of actual goods load inside the vehicle as per loading slip & actual note. Documents Check list inspection all points, Signing & stamp before move the vehicle.

Financial Record Keeping Maintain accurate financial records, including daily transactions and accounts. General Ledger Management Ensure all financial entries are recorded correctly in the Books of Accounts. Reconciliation Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy. Financial Reporting Prepare financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Tax Preparation Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Accounts Payable/Receivable Process invoices, manage payments, and ensure timely collections. Compliance and Audit Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and assist with audits. Dispatch of Material Handle all GRN entry, Purchase and Sales. Dispatch of material and Production Process accurately and on time. Stock Maintain Maintain stock properly and reporting.
