Basic knowledge of a variety of sports and willingness to adapt them for children with different abilities. Flexibility to work on weekends and handle varying schedules. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging sports sessions for children with disabilities, focusing on both physical development and fun. Adapt standard sports activities to meet the needs and abilities of each child. Work closely with other coaches, volunteers, and therapists to create individualized coaching plans. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions. Monitor and track each childs progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers. Support in organizing events, competitions, and community outreach programs. Stay up-to-date with best practices in adaptive sports coaching and attend training sessions as required.
