Responsibilities Manage purchase division for purchase machine and equipments Order Management Development of new suppliers. Oversee and supervise the purchasing department. Leads vendor/supplier selection and maintains key working relationships for raw materials, supplies and capital equipment. Develop and execute purchasing strategies Negotiate with strategic suppliers/vendors for optimal terms. Work with vendors to maintain or improve services. Review standard pricing updates.Requirements Any Graduate or equivalent can eligible for the post Demonstrable previous experience in machinery purchase or in same technical background. Proven track record of handling & negotiating contracts Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work with diverse internal customer base and on cross business project teams Ability to work on own initiative Working knowledge of MS office Able to work effectively with others and work across a range of functions Manage all the purchase of machine for our workshop

As theSenior Associate in the International Office, you will be responsible for building new partnerships withthe leading international universities, nurturing strong relationships with existing partners that arebased on transparency and ethos of the organisation, and act as the liaison between variousdepartments of Recruiter and the universities and other collaborators.What you will do : Drive end to end account management of the assigned Universities- from client onboarding,training and building strong retention strategy. Conduct regular meetings (physical & virtual meet) with the clients. Serve as SPOC from India and own the enrollment target assigned for each universitypartner Handle escalations and resolve them within reasonable time. Create SOPs to minimize operational issues or future grievances. Build Supply intel and manage effective shortlisting of partner universities. Manage Uniconnect, University Webinar and similar events to boost client engagement. Work closely with the accounts to claim and collect commissions.What you will need : Minimum a Bachelor's degree from a well-reputed institution (experience in internationaleducation and master's degree or MBA is preferred) At least two years of experience in business development involving International Clients. 1-2 years of experience with Excel and data analysis A solution-oriented mindset and a high level of ownership.
