We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SolidWorks Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing 3D models and designs using SolidWorks. You will work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure the designs meet project requirements and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Create and modify 2D and 3D CAD models using SolidWorks.Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical components and assemblies.Perform design validation and analysis to ensure compliance with functional and safety requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.Maintain and organize design files and documentation.Ensure that designs adhere to industry standards, company guidelines, and client specifications.Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements.Troubleshoot and resolve design-related challenges during development and production.Qualifications and Skills:Education:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.Technical Skills:Proficiency in SolidWorks, including part modeling, assembly, and drawing creation.Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials.Understanding of FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and design optimization is a plus.Experience:13 years of hands-on experience in SolidWorks design (Freshers with exceptional skills may also apply).Other Skills:Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams and presenting ideas.Time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
