Working as a Solar technician. Training will be provided by the company, No need of any prior idea on Solar installations.

A Solar Panel Installer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar energy systems, including solar panels, inverters, and other related equipment. The role involves working at various locations, ensuring the safe and efficient setup of solar power systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects1.Explain system operations and maintenance to customers2.May require travel to different installation sites.3.Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuit installations.4.Work closely with electricians, engineers, and project managers.5.Explain system operations and maintenance to customers.6.Provide basic troubleshooting guidance for users.7.Diagnose and repair faulty solar components when needed.

Go to the field, visit customer install solar panel under PM Surya Ghar Yojana.

Expertise needed in Project planning, Estimation and Installation. Incumbent will lead a 12 to 15 member Team.

Customer visit , build up a team and generate lead accordingly. Focus should be on solar project in all over Odisha under PM Surya Ghar Yojana.
