We are building Evtaar, a next-generation social media platform, and are seeking a highly detail-oriented and creative Project Coordinators (Platform Readiness & User Experience Coordinators) to ensure a successful launch.This critical role involves strategically preparing the platform's ecosystem to showcase its full potential from day one. Your initial focus will be on the vital task of populating the platform with realistic, representative data and content to demonstrate features and immediate value to early adopters. This role combines meticulous preparation with essential frontline support once the platform goes live.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Content Population & Initialization:Execute the strategic creation and input of diverse, high-quality data elements to ensure the platforms foundational structure is robust and reflective of intended usage.Ensure the initial data sets are meticulously organized and representative to facilitate effective platform testing and an engaging early user experience.Content Structuring & Curation:Organize and structure initial platform content, including setting up sample groups, curating trending topics, and defining navigation pathways to provide immediate value.First-Line User Support (Post-Launch):Manage and resolve real-time user inquiries and technical issues via live chat and support channels, ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional communication.Support Content Development:Develop and maintain comprehensive self-service resources, including User Guides, FAQs, and Knowledge Base articles, to empower users.Data Integrity & Documentation:Maintain detailed and accurate records of all platform preparation activities, customer interactions, issues, and feedback to inform continuous product improvement.User Insight Advocacy:Analyze trends from support interactions and preparation activities to provide actionable insights to product and engineering teams.Qualifications & SkillsThe candidate must have minimum bachelors degree + Good exposure on social media platforms.
