This role will be key in maintaining the consistency and quality of our Company, ensuring that all tasks related to video production, social media, and audience engagement are efficiently handled.Key Responsibilities: YouTube SEO Optimization:o Conduct keyword research and optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata to improve YouTube search rankings.o Develop strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of videos on YouTubes search results and suggested videos.o Optimize video thumbnails, captions, and playlists to enhance click-through rates (CTR) and audience engagement. Content Strategy & Planning:o Identify trending topics and keywords within the urban music niche to inform video content creation.o Collaborate with the content team to develop a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals and audience interests.o Provide recommendations for video content that can drive organic traffic, focusing on trending music, artists, or relevant cultural topics. Performance Analytics & Reporting:o Monitor YouTube analytics to track the performance of videos, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for optimization.o Provide monthly SEO reports on channel performance, including insights into watch time, audience growth, and keyword rankings.
