Digital MarketerRole & Responsibilities:- Work with the Marketing team to develop marketing plans, advertising, and campaigns (SEO/SEM, e-mail, Social Media).- Define and engage with target audiences.- Support our content-led, inbound marketing strategy by distributing content and monitoring its performance.- Develop and integrate content marketing and growth strategies.- Implement our social media strategy (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram) to encourage and maximise engagement.- Liaise with our in-house designer to produce compelling marketing collateral including guides, social media posts, blog imagery and other graphics.- Responsible for keeping all marketing assets up-to-date and relevant.- Conducting regular market research including marketing trends, industry knowledge, customer insight, etc.- Organise and attend events including conferences, seminars and exhibitions.- Work independently as a key member of the marketing team, with managers and experts across the business.- Work closely with the client success team to delight existing clients.Skill Requirements:Candidate must have a working knowledge of:- SEO and PPC knowledge- Able to think and work strategically.- A strong passion for creativity.- A keen eye for detail in all areas of work.- Must be self-driven and motivated to complete tasks.- You have a positive can-do attitude and energy.- You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic team.- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Strong ability to meet challenging deadlines and work on multiple projects at the same time.- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Apps.- Previous experience in managing website content.- Relevant marketing degree or relevant experience.Experience:2-3 Years Experience in a Web Agency or as a Freelancer.Job type:Full TimeLocation:For Srinagar-based candidate: Karan Nagar, Srinagar, We are looking for immediate joiners.
