- Supervise construction projects: Ensure all construction activities are carried out according to plans and specifications to meet quality standards and deadlines.- Coordinate with subcontractors: Communicate effectively with subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.- Monitor site safety: Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections to create a safe working environment for all workers.- Manage materials and equipment: Coordinate the delivery of materials, equipment, and tools to the construction site as needed for the project.- Document project progress: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and any issues encountered during construction.Required Skills and Expectations:- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field: Possess a diploma in civil engineering or a related field to understand construction techniques and processes.- Strong verbal communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors, workers, and project managers to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time.- Attention to detail: Pay close attention to details in construction plans, specifications, and safety regulations to ensure the project is completed accurately.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced construction environment to meet project deadlines.- Physical fitness: Have the physical stamina and strength to work on a construction site and oversee various tasks throughout the day.

Civil Site Supervisor/ Engineers ( Residential/ Industrial projects )

Understand the floor issues of flow quality or floor problems came from either customer or architect;Help foremen and labors to understand the problem and give solution to them;Reading and writing reports for inward and outward of material as well as maintain labor muster;Planning of activities as well as labors;Understand quality specifications;Mediator between customer and the worker;Maintain co-ordination between other supervisors and managers;Collecting data such as insect samplesMaintaining records of fieldwork activities, including time spent in each location, types of samples collected, and findingsPreparing reports about findings and observations, including maps, charts, photographs, and videosCollecting data such as measurements, weights, and other information used in surveys and experiments.
