Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution: Supervise day-to-day on-site activities to ensure all work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and engineering drawings.Quality Control (QA/QC): Monitor material quality, workmanship, and structural integrity. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and company protocols.Labor & Resource Management: Coordinate and supervise the site workforce (including subcontractors and laborers), assign daily tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met.Site Safety: Enforce health and safety (HSE) protocols on-site to ensure a hazard-free work environment. Conduct regular safety briefings for the team.Material Coordination: Manage the inventory of on-site materials, track usage, and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure no work stoppages due to shortages.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed site diaries, daily progress reports (DPRs), and update project trackers to keep the management informed of timelines and potential delays.Troubleshooting: Identify technical or site-related issues in real-time and provide immediate, practical solutions to keep the project on schedule.
