We are looking for a skilled DCS Operator to manage and control processes in our facility located in Albania. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Monitor Control Systems**: Regularly check and operate Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to ensure optimal functioning of production processes.- **Troubleshoot Issues**: Identify and resolve any process-related issues quickly to minimize production downtime and maintain efficiency.- **Record Data**: Maintain accurate logs of plant operations, including any anomalies, to assist with future analysis and reporting.- **Coordinate with Teams**: Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement changes and ensure seamless operations.- **Adhere to Safety Protocols**: Follow all safety guidelines to create a safe working environment for all employees.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in a relevant field, along with strong technical knowledge of DCS systems. Proficiency in computer applications and an understanding of process automation are essential. We expect the ideal candidate to be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards. Strong communication and teamwork skills are critical, as you will need to coordinate effectively with various departments. Flexibility to work in shifts and an ability to adapt to changing work conditions are also important traits for this role.

TA & shutdown management for static equipment in oil & gas facility.

Responsibilities: Coordinate all site activities; eliminate road blocks to assure all turnaround/shutdown needs aremet; Audit turnaround/shutdown compliance with established execution procedures; Compile turnaround/shutdown team roles, as required by specific needs; Perform group feedback meetings; Coordinate with the clients for internal /external scope development needs; Coordinate all site and subcontractor work during turnaround/shutdown.Qualification: Engineering Degree or Trade Certificate in related field; 5+ years experience in turnarounds/shutdowns; Must possess strong leadership skills as well as detailed knowledge of turnaround/shutdownpolicies and procedures; Training in Industrial Relations is preferred; Knowledge of schedules, cost control procedures and structures, quality control/assurancepolicies and procedures is required; Must possess general knowledge of client business
