Shop Helper Job Description:As a Shop Helper, your responsibilities will include assisting in various tasks within the shop to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, assisting in loading/unloading materials, operating machinery, and helping with general shop duties as needed. Greet and assist customers warmly; offer product advice based on occasion or spiritual significance.Learn and share details about our productssuch as the use of specific idols, dcor items for different festivals.Help set up and maintain attractive, thematic displays (e.g., Diwali corner, Ganesh Chaturthi setup).Assist in stock counting, tagging, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.Understand and respect the cultural and spiritual importance of items sold; guide customers with care.
