Provide Level 2 support for student and faculty-facing applications. Address and resolve incidents related to application functionality and user access. Understand the overall workflow of LMS and admission modules. Troubleshoot issues in a React (TypeScript) frontend and Java Spring Boot backend environment. Run and analyze SQL queries on PostgreSQL to investigate data issues. Monitor and support AWS-based infrastructure (basic level). Execute routine Python and Shell scripts for automation and fixes.
