Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and install mechanical components based on project requirements.Analyze engineering problems and develop effective design solutions.Create detailed 2D & 3D CAD models for parts and sheet metal components.Prepare engineering drawings and documentation.Perform design calculations and design verification.Conduct testing and evaluations to improve product performance.Support product development and manufacturing activities.Work on live engineering projects under senior engineers.Required SkillsGood communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good engineering drawing knowledge.Basic understanding of Mechanical Design concepts.Knowledge of SolidWorks / Creo / AutoCAD / Autodesk Inventor is preferred.Basic knowledge of sheet metal and part modeling.

Building 3D and 2D models (Solid & Sheet metal modeling) in solidworks without others supportBuilding the assemblies in solid works with use of provided Data and Finalize the 3D-model indetail.Creating the3D models and 2D drawings from scratch adhering to standards and guidelinesUpdating the existing 3D drawings based on Requirementsstrictly maintain or create new bill of material as per design.Implementation of GD& T symbols in drawingsCommunicate between sales and production team.Plan and coordinate production engineering process on daily basisWorking on continues design support tasks based on everyday requirementsFinalize of process along with Cross Functional team and customersSkills required:B.E. Mechanical with 2+ years experience in Sheet Metal Designing and AssemblyBasic knowledge of Laser/Punching, bending machinesWorking Experience in Solid works - Sheet metal, 2D DraftingGood knowledge of applying GD&T, Tolerance Stack up, Sheet metal AllowancesGood knowledge in understanding the 2D manufacturing drawings and nestingQuick adaption of drawing standards and guideline.Good communication and interpersonal skills with Problem-solving skills and a passion forcreativity.
