A shadow teacher, is required to work on inclusion aide, or learning support assistant, is a trained professional who works directly with a child with special needs (such as Autism, ADHD, or learning disabilities) within a mainstream classroom. Their primary goal is to provide academic, behavioral, and emotional support to help the child integrate into the classroom, participate fully, and develop independence. Job Description:Initial Assignment - Shadow TeachingAssist a child (client diagnosed with Autism or ADHD, Learning disability, etc) in his/herschool (during school hours) with targeted intervention strategies to improve skills in thedomains of behavior, concentration, academic & social skills.
