The ideal candidate should be strong in Search, Shopping, YouTube Ads, and PMAX campaigns with deep analytical skills. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute & optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMAX, YouTube).Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis & audience segmentation.Manage E-commerce & Shopping Ads including feed optimization.Track performance through conversion tracking, analytics, and dashboards.Perform A/B testing across ads, landing pages & bidding strategies.Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights & recommendations.Work closely with sales/marketing teams to improve ROI & scale campaigns.Requirements2+ years of experience in Google Ads / PPC Management.Strong hands-on experience with Search, Shopping & PMAX campaigns.Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking.Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better ROI.Excellent communication & reporting skills.
