This role requires a blend of technical SEO expertise, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Design and execute SEO strategies tailored for B2B lead generation and enterprise buyer personas.Conduct technical SEO audits and optimize website performance, crawlability, indexing, and structured data.Perform in-depth keyword research aligned with B2B intent and industry-specific search behavior.Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, internal linking) and collaborate on off-page SEO (backlinks, PR).Align SEO efforts with content strategy to drive mid-funnel and bottom-funnel organic traffic.Track and report SEO KPIs (rankings, CTR, organic traffic, conversions) using GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools.Monitor competitors, identify SEO gaps, and propose innovative optimization opportunities.Work cross-functionally with content writers, developers, and marketing managers to implement SEO best practices.Ideal Candidate Profile:minimum 6 years of SEO experience with at least 2 years focused on B2B products or services.Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, long sales cycles, and decision-maker targeting.Proficient in SEO tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4.Familiar with technical concepts: site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, robots.txt, sitemap.xml.Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence across teams.Bonus: Experience in SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B marketplaces.Interested can candidate can share their resume @ hr.shruti@weblink.in ORCall- 8588892578
