is looking for an experienced usability expert + user-centered-design professional with strong passion for designing exceptional user experiences. You will become part of a community of usability experts in Amdocs engaged in projects ranging from prototypes to large scale applications, from standard desktop/web applications to TV & Mobile applications, from internal Amdocs interfaces to external customer web sites.Working for a large international company, you will be become familiar with Amdocs business segments and have a chance to impact and create user-centered UI designs for service providers from all over the world.We expect from you to:Be able to work either in a team or work independently. Follow design methodology and best practices. Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral (speaking and listening) Be able to brainstorm and communicate designs and issues with peers, customers, and development teams. Balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.Typical day to day activities may include:Understand and translate strategic company goals, business requirements, and user tasks and expectations into compelling user experiences; Create interfaces that take into consideration content, navigational structure, human-machine interaction, and non functional constrains; Prepare wireframes and/or storyboards. Review with key stakeholders, make adjustments based on feedback and obtain final approval; Collaborate with customer, design and development teams during design phases and subsequent development support cycles Collaborate with interactive designers to ensure concepts and designs are consistent

Proven working experience of minimum 3 years on either of them, consumer-facing applications, platform UX, healthcare UX, enterprise UX, (multichannel), embedded product UIs, and large websites.Ability to empathize with the end-users and the clients.Ability to translate user research insights into design requirementsand drive and lead the projects using design methodologies.Ability to translate high-level project requirements into designinputs and support define user experience roadmap to deliverdesign artifacts such as user stories, information architecture, wire flows,wireframes and walk-through prototypes.Strong understanding of design processes, tools, and techniques.Creating concepts in a wide variety of variants from sketched tohigh fidelity mock-ups.Basic experience conducting user research and UX evaluation.Work collaboratively and communicate effectively the designsideas with all stakeholders.
