The Senior Manager HR will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations and strategies within the organization. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, conducting performance evaluations, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-10 years of HR experience, with a post-graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to lead and mentor a team effectively. The candidate should also have a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations in India, and be able to handle sensitive HR issues with discretion. The Senior Manager HR should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Renewal, extensions, maintenance and novation of contracts. Client discussions and negotiations on complex legal matters. Advice the management / projects operations on legal risks and ensure legal compliance.Intellectual property, copyrights, patent and trademarks. Strict application and risk analysis on Indemnity and Liability of the company.Excellent team playing and individual contribution, working across businesses including.projects, finance, HR and top management, reporting into the Head of Finance and founder director. Also, handling end to end litigation matters of the company including preparing the plaint, petition, counter. Affidavits, rejoinders, preparing and collating evidences, points for arguments, research points, and caselaws and attend hearings
