Job description Sr Store ExecutiveOver all in charge of store activities in the organization. To ensure timely inward and issues are carried out regularly. To monitor the items are stored at proper designated areas and identified. To maintain a bin card system. To monitor stock levels and raise indent for the required items and submit for director approval. Ensure outstanding details should be maintained. To ensure all the records of stores are maintained. To ensure that the material is submitted along with GRN to QC. To monitor and control inventory levels. To identify & define new storing methods and space utilization. To maintain shelf life items and regularly monitor them. To handle outdoor work movement and see that their in and out are monitored and inform to director if any discrepancy. To handle stores personal and utilize them effectively. To see that all the supplier bills are timely processed. To set objectives for the stores and they followed. To implement 5S activities and maintain the registers and records as per ISO requirements, and oversee proper filing of documentation according to the quality standards. Ensure list of tools issued to production are checked with respective production supervisor and inform to director if any tools not found. To attend weekly meetings and to maintain daily work reports of all store personal. To full fill any other requirements given by MD / director from time to time.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 30,000.00 - 37,000.00 per month

- Handling purchase activities like identifying vendors, seeking quotations, releasing Purchase Orders;- Stores handling - Material movement (Inward & Outward); Requisition management, Indent management, Monitoring Minimum Stock Levels / Reordering levels;- Coordination with Vendors- Preparation of Purchase and Inventory MIS reports in Ms-excel and Tally accounting software.
