Job Title: Technical EngineerJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and solution-oriented Technical Engineer to oversee our technical operations, optimize production processes, and provide engineering support across departments. Project Engineering & Design SupportCollaborate with design and R&D teams to translate blueprints, CAD models, and technical specifications into physical components or production runs.Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery, automated lines, or control systems.Manage technical documentation, including engineering drawings, component bills of materials (BOM), and validation reports.3. Quality Assurance & ComplianceMonitor production outputs to ensure compliance with company quality standards and international benchmarks (such as ISO standards).Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) on product defects, material failures, or operational downtime, and deploy corrective actions.4. Technical Support & LiaisonProvide high-level technical guidance to production supervisors, machine operators, and maintenance technicians.Assist the sales or customer service teams by handling advanced technical queries from corporate clients, or joining on-site client consultations when required.

Position OverviewThe Aircraft Mechanic / Aircraft Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, repair, inspection, and modification tasks on aircraft to ensure they are safe, airworthy, and fully operational. The role involves hands-on technical work, strict adherence to aviation regulations, and close coordination with engineers, quality inspectors, and flight crews to support efficient flight operations.Key Responsibilities Aircraft Maintenance & RepairPerform scheduled (A, B, C, D checks) and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft and components.Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair airframes, engines, hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, and electrical systems.Carry out defect rectification, part replacement, and system testing as per maintenance manuals.Conduct routine inspections and ensure all work meets safety and airworthiness standards.Perform line maintenance and base maintenance activities according to daily operational needs.Support pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure aircraft readiness. Safety & ComplianceComply with DGCA / FAA / EASA / CAR-145 safety and maintenance standards.Adhere to company safety management systems (SMS) and quality procedures.Follow proper lockout/tagout and hazardous materials handling procedures.Conduct work in accordance with approved maintenance data and aviation legislation.Ensure Foreign Object Damage (FOD) control and maintain a clean work environment. They ensure the smooth running of flight operations by managing check-in, boarding, baggage, and overall customer assistance. The role involves maintaining safety, punctuality, and a high standard of customer service to enhance the passenger experience from arrival to departure.Key ResponsibilitiesPassenger HandlingGreet passengers courteously and assist them through the check-in, security, and boarding process.Verify travel documents such as tickets, visas, and identification.Issue boarding passes, seat allocations, and baggage tags.Handle inquiries, resolve passenger issues, and provide accurate flight information.Assist special passengers elderly, unaccompanied minors, and persons with reduced mobility (PRM).Baggage & Cargo ManagementEnsure correct tagging, loading, and unloading of baggage.Monitor weight restrictions and baggage policies.Manage lost or damaged baggage claims professionally.Coordinate with cargo departments for shipment loading/unloading when required.
