The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in security roles and should have completed at least the 10th grade. Key Responsibilities:- Monitoring Property: Keep a close watch on the premises and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards to ensure the safety of all staff and visitors.- Access Control: Manage entry and exit points by verifying the credentials of people entering the facility, maintaining orderly and secure access.- Emergency Response: Act quickly and efficiently during emergencies such as fire alarms or medical crises, following established safety protocols to protect everyone.- Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations to help identify patterns, making it easier to enhance security measures when needed.- Collaboration with Team: Work closely with other security personnel and management to develop and improve security procedures, ensuring everyone is informed and trained.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively.
