An experienced SAP PS/PPM (Project Systems/ Project & Portfolio Management)Functional consultant, will be responsible for translating the business challenges into ITrequirements based on SAPs latest technologies in the area of PS and PPM. As part ofthe team will guide in implementing, testing and delivering the solution. Minimum 7 years of implementation experience in SAP PPM / SAP PS Having minimum of 4 full cycle implementations experience in SAP PS. Minimum of 2 full cycle implementations experience in SAP PPM. Should be a SAP PS Certified Solution Consultant in Project Management Working Knowledge in latest SAP ECC EHP Version Should have good integration Skills on SAP PPM 6.0, SAP PS with other Modules. Should have knowledge in SAP PPM reporting on BI/BO and dashboard reporting Should have knowledge in SAP PPM, PS, CATS and DMS Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PPM and PS Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provideappropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document Businessrequirements Act as liaison with business team for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solvesoftware problems. Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues; Document functional designs, test cases and results. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Have handled ABAP developments, enhancements, Smart forms and reports in SAPProject System. Should have proper knowledge in data migration Utilities industry experience is added advantage

The Consultant should have relevant experience in the following areas SAP PS Implementation Experience: End-to-end Implementation experience in different domains - Banking, Manufacture, Civil or any other Industry. Good configuration knowledge of PS structures:WBS, Network,Milestones, CostPlanning, Budgeting, Material Requirement planning, Project quotation, Time sheets, Goods issues, and other project management activities in SAP PS. Must have completed at least two end-to-end implementations. Experience on complete PS module cycle from project creation to settlement. Integration knowledge with CO, FI and MM, SD and PP. Must be proficient in handling Issues/support functions. Conducts user requirements gathering, blueprinting and documentation designs. Follow best practices and SAP functionality in system

SAP ISU CS/CRM (Customer Service) Functionalities Well versed in ISU -Customer Service Base customizing and configuration Must have strong experience in SAP ECC 7.0 Customer Service (CS) integration with rest of the SAP components such as Project Systems (PS), Finance (FI/FICA), Controlling (CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP) Hands on configuration Knowledge in following areas: Interaction Center Move-in, Move-out, Service notification, Service work order, Disconnection/Reconnection, etc Expertise Queues (TRFC/QRFC) handling and trouble shooting Experienced in SAP IS-U Business Master Data /Technical Master data configuration Should have hands on experience, architectural knowledge on SAP ISU-CS module with specific focus on interaction with third party systems SYCLO and MRS Well versed in Functional workflow designed Knowledge in web service integration with SAP & in Mobile Application like Fiori etc. S/4 HANA Customer Management implementation will be an added advantage. Expertise in CRM WEB-UI Interaction Center, Complaints and Customer service process Hand on knowledge in CRM middleware configuration and trouble shooting Should have hands on experience, architectural knowledge on SAP CRM module with specific focus on interaction with third party systems IVR and CTI Experienced in CRM Collection management WEBUI integration IC web Client and SAP CRM Integration Well versed in base customizing and WEBUI configuration Module Expertise in CRM Sales and Service Strong change management, business process mapping and re-engineering experience required Candidate must have good Interpersonal skills, analytical skills, Problem solving skills and technical documentation skills. One full life cycle implementation of SAP ISU CS/CRM is an additional plus. Independently be able to work on project requirements in his/her specific work streams with quality deliverables
