Job Summary:Seeking an adept SAP PP/QM/PM Consultant with expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) & Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules. Hands-on experience in implementing SAP PP/QM/PM solutions and proficiency in SAP S/4HANA implementation are required.Responsibilities:Configure, implement, and maintain SAP PP/QM/PM modules, leveraging S/4HANA for optimized production planning and control processes.Collaborate to translate business needs into business blueprints (BBP), conduct workshops, and implement these BBPs in SAP S4 Hana.Drive enhancements within S/4HANA to streamline production planning, quality management. Plant maintenance module implementation is advantageous.Conduct Key-user training and provide ongoing support for SAP PP/QM/PM adoption and proficiency.Troubleshoot complex SAP PP/QM configurations and integrations within S/4HANA.Analyze production data using S/4HANA, offering insights for process improvements.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in SAP PP/QM processes.Preferred Candidate ProfileRequirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or related technical field.ASCM certified CPIM or CSCP preferred.10-15 years of SAP PP/QM implementation, configuration, and support with Plant Maintenance (PM) preferred. Minimum 5 years of domain experience in Production planning and control required.Strong technical expertise in configuring SAP PP/QM modules, including Master Data Management, Planning (S&OP, MPS, MRP), and Execution within S/4HANA.Proven experience in SAP PP/QM configuration (Work Centers, Routings, BOMs) and integration with MM, SD, and QM modules.Proficient in testing methodologies, creating testing scripts for SIT/UT/UAT within SAP PP/QM.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities.Preferred Skills:Min 5 years of Experience in complex manufacturing environments.Familiarity with advanced SAP PP/QM function.
