Developing customised solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals.Managing daily support and maintenance of the Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure function, health and compliance. This can include user management, report and dashboard creation, issue investigation.Analysing requirements to ensure information is complete and determine complexity. Ideally use out the box functionality - determine what different design options exist and highlight any compromises.Collaborating with other technology teams to facilitate interfaces between Salesforce and other systems.Communicating with business partners to set expectations and negotiate when needed, explain complex technical issues and produce technical documentation.Work with the Agile Team to ensure internal communication is maintained to ensure efficient operation.Ensuring that solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and leverage standard functionality where possible.Ensuring any developed solutions are written to be maintainable, scalable, testable and deployable.

SALESFORCE Developer Job Description:Roles and Responsibilities: Support business requirements and deal with all the CRM needs of the client Provide customized solutions using the Salesforce platform Take care of requirement gatherings, produce functional analysis and facilitate customer workshops, etc. To communicate with different project managers, clients, and technicians and ensure efficient participation in all the different phases of development from testing to maintenance. Candidate should have :Minimum 1+ years of experience in SFDC Development.Minimum 1+ Years Lightening/LWC experience.Worked on Apex Triggers, Apex Classes etc. and have knowledge about configurations.Good to have exposure to APIs, Web Services and integration with 3rd party applications.Good to have knowledge of SOAP, REST(JSON), SOQLMust have good at verbal and written communication.

Daily Attendance Report punching for the sales team. Monitoring Sales Force on App for attendance and their secondary bookings. Responsible for Sales Report like Observation Report, Efficiency Report, Tour plans, etc. Attending enquiries/complaints from Customers and follow-up for the same with factory Persons and sales team until it gets resolve. Follow up with sales team for Daily/Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly Reports. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales summary reports and presentations, Scheme letters. Sales forecast from the ASM & RSM for analysis and review purpose. Coordinating the entire Sales Team related to the Scheme / sales order /Credit Notes/ Trainings / Meetings etc. Assists the Director/Sales & Marketing Head in the development of new programs and sales campaigns in an effort to obtain additional sales from the various market niches. Assists Director/Sales & Marketing Head with the implementation, follow-through and updating of the weekly/monthly/quarterly action plans. Responsible for outstanding recovery, credit control and follow ups for payment with distributors and executives and Payment reconciling with Accounts. Preparation of scheme letters for the sales team for every quarter. Assisting for co-ordination for primary, secondary sales report. Assisting all the departments if and when needed, etc. Claim Checking - Primary Sales/Secondary Sales/Travelling expenses and others if any. Prepare MIS or various reports and analysis.
