Sales Calling Call customers to introduce Multidimensions & self and seek appointment for detailed discussion. Maintain call record. Technical Support Explain the technical details of target products and their applicationin the customers organization, build relationship and pitch for future sales Customer Relationship Management Build continuous and lasting relationship with the target customer and pitch for enquiries for future sales through telephonic calls and social media interactions Site Visits Visit customers as and when necessary to build personal rapport, collect plant & machinery related information and understand organization structure.
