Job Title: SailPoint DeveloperJob Location: PAN INDIALevel: A/SAJob Description:We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented SailPoint Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing identity solutions using SailPoint Identity IQ. This role involves a deep understanding of identity management processes, lifecycle management, access governance, and the ability to integrate various platforms with SailPoint Identity IQ.Key Responsibilities:1. Design, develop, and manage the identity solutions using SailPoint Identity IQ.2. Implement and maintain SailPoint Identity IQ components including Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Application On-Boarding, Access Request, Automated Provisioning, Password Management, and Workflows.3. Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop technical solutions that meet user needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability.4. Develop and maintain documentation related to identity governance processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.5. Perform system upgrades, patches, and ensure the integrity and security of identity governance solutions.6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to identity management and governance.Requirements:1. bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of SailPoint development experience in identity governance and administration, specifically with SailPoint IdentityIQ.3. Strong understanding of identity management concepts, user lifecycle processes, access governance, role-based access control, and compliance reporting.4. Experience in SailPoint lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager and Access Governance modules5. Proficient in Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP).

Project involved assessment of various IAM components Identity management, Userdirectories, and Access management at organization level and develop future state IAMstrategy and migrating Access Manager to SSO. Project also involved performing benchmarkanalysis of various IAM components, setting up SSO solution in AWS cloud and on boardingapplications across geographical locations.SailPoint Experience is a must primary requirement with preferred SailPoint IIQ certification. Plan migration from one IAM solution to another IAM solution. Create detailed designdocument and plan application migration, functional test and performance test on new IAMsolution. Performance optimization of the IAM solution, security header implementation, applicationproxy configuration, testing network connectivity and follow up with network team to opennecessary firewalls for integrating new applications. Optimize SSO threads and connections to improve response time.Design and implement impersonation functionality and federation using SAML2.0 Lead IAM operations team and handle severity 1 & 2 incidents. Work on continuous improvement planning and implementation Design security policies in SSO for protecting application portals Coordinating with network, database, CRM and functional test teams Setting up and support IAM infrastructure on premise and in AWS cloud, which involved Manual & automated installation of Access Gateway Create autoscalable environments in cloud Integration of new portals with IAM solutions Designing policy objects including realms, rules, response headers, agent configurationobjects etc in IAM tool to onboard new applications performance tuning Setup Directory user stores Implement Single Sign On Implement OAuth2.0 Oracle Identity Manager Reconciliation and provisioning.
