Key Responsibilities: Process Analysis:Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze and understandbusiness processes for automation.Identify opportunities for automation and recommend RPA solutions. UiPath Development:Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath.Create and maintain automation workflows, integrating UiPath best practices.Develop and configure bots for optimal performance and efficiency. Compliance and Security:Ensure that all automation processes comply with regulatory and security standards.Implement security measures to protect sensitive data processed throughautomation.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of Proven experience as an RPA Developer using UiPath. Strong knowledge of RPA concepts and methodologies. Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath tools. Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes. Mandatory skills: Should have good experience in designing BOT Blue Prism AD01 certified and at least 4-5 years of experience in BP Location Pan India Experience in PDD, SDD,TDD documents Ability to be hands-on in BP 7.x Ability work on both development and support projects Good solid design methods Understanding of coding practices Experience in High level & Low designs Experience in team handling (Arch team) & Client facing Blue Prism Architect: 12+ years of overall IT experience and playing a RPA Architect role for past 3-4 years Sound Understanding of RPA technologies and methodology and tools like Blue Prism.
