We are seeking a Surface Treatment Plant Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience and a background in B.Sc or B.E. This role primarily focuses on the operation and maintenance of surface treatment plants.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Plant Operation:** Oversee daily operations of the surface treatment plant to ensure efficient functioning and compliance with safety standards.- **Maintenance Management:** Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure consistent production quality.- **Quality Control:** Monitor the surface treatment processes to maintain quality standards, including analyzing samples and adjusting processes as necessary.- **Process Optimization:** Identify and implement improvements to surface treatment processes aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing waste.- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and quality testing results for compliance and future reference.- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other engineers and staff to coordinate tasks and share best practices for operational excellence.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge in surface treatment processes and relevant machinery. Excellent problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills are important for collaborating with colleagues and reporting findings. A solid understanding of safety regulations in industrial operations is crucial. A Proposal Engineer in water treatment prepares technical and commercial proposals for WTP, ETP, STP, and RO systems. Key responsibilities include designing process schemes, calculating project costs, reviewing client specifications, and coordinating with sales/procurement teams to submit competitive bids

Role- Installation and commissioning of water treatment plants* On site installation and commissioning of ETP/STP/RO or any other water treatment plant* Site inspection for installation of WTPs* Piping S.S, M.S, UPVC, PVC, P.P, HDPE* Understand and execute the civil drawings and work as per drawings* Understand and execute plant layout as per the process flow diagrams* Estimate material quantity for BOQ as per site condition and drawings* Planning work at site* Client interaction as & when needed* Familiar in Commissioning and troubleshooting of All type WTP and WWTP* Operating and fine tuning the operation parameters of WTP And WWTP* Follow site protocols* Coordinate with the QA/QC team in all quality related aspects* Maintain the Quality Documents* Daily reporting to the ManagerCritical Competencies for the Job Functional:* Technically sound knowledge of engineering & water treatment plants* Perfect understanding of drawings & process flow diagrams* Should act as a good team leader for all site activities* Should be able to handle the Customer on site* Should be able to understand, communicate and resolve the problems to ensure timely delivery of the job* Documentation* Qualification : DME/DEE or BE Electrical/ BE Mechanical/BE CivilContact Person- Deepak- 7757087059ID- deepak.vijayamgmt@gmail.com
