Banca channel Job description - Job description :- Work on assigned leads (given by Nationalize Banks) and generate referrals from every visit that's made to customer- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis- Cross sell and up sales Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization.- Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities- Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis- Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes.- Provide accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to reportingmanager

Branch Manager-1. Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers.2. Establishing standards and delivery of service.3. Sale of non-deposit products. Cross selling targets progressively.4. Sale of MF and insurance products.5. Fee income.6. Branch administration.7. Regulatory compliance.8. Manage productivity, morale of branch personnel.BOM-1. Lead the Service Team.2. Ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance3. Audit of the branch4. Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio,control retention and better cross sell5. Authorize and check RO / SO entries6. Check end of products7. Check vouchers to clear transactions above 10lakhs8. Vault / Key custodianRelationship Manager-1. Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities.2. Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.3. Cross sells existing bank products to customers.4. Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.5. Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.6. Coordinates with other group companies to provideseamless access to other products.7. Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.8. Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
