Job Title: RMC OperatorJob Description:Operate and monitor the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) batching plant.Ensure proper mixing of materials as per specified mix designs.Maintain records of production, material consumption, and daily reports.Conduct routine checks and inspections of plant machinery and equipment.Coordinate with site engineers and dispatch team for timely delivery of concrete.Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in batching plant.Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines.Supervise loading, unloading, and handling of raw materials (cement, sand, aggregates, admixtures, etc.).Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the batching plant area.Qualifications & Skills:Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field.Experience: 25 years of experience as an RMC Operator or in concrete batching operations (fresher with ITI/Diploma may be considered).Knowledge of batching plant operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Basic computer knowledge for operating plant control systems.Understanding of concrete mix designs and quality parameters.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and in shift operations.

The job description is as below: Must be able to Control the quality of automatic batching plant of 120M cube work capacity. Qualification should be BE / B.Tech Civil Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Production Engineering. The candidate must have Flexible timing for day Plant operations in the absence of plant incharge, Quality control The candidate should be ready to travel & operate out of Kharadi & Mahalunge plants periodically Role & Responsibilities: Monitoring & Coordination with all team members of respective plant & ensuring the quality check Achieving Targets of production of the plant Daily reporting Quality inspection & sharing quality reports with internal and external stake holder of each batch Maintaining professional decorum at the site

The candidate should be ready to relocate to between Kharadi & Mahalunge Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their Target Production planning, Fleet operations, Cost control Safety & Security of the site Prevention maintenance of the plant Role & Responsibilities: Monitoring & Coordination with all team members of respective plant Achieving Targets of production of the plant Daily reporting Quality inspection Maintaining professional decorum at the site Assisting all the team members to achieve their targets
