Working closely with crane operators, this role ensures all heavy lifts are perfectly balanced, securely tethered, and moved without causing damage to the plant infrastructure, machinery, or personnel.Key Responsibilities1. Load Calculation & SlingingWeight Estimation: Determine the weight, center of gravity, and clearance requirements of heavy loads before initiating any lift.Gear Selection: Inspect and select the appropriate rigging equipment-such as nylon slings, steel wire ropes, shackles, continuous chains, hooks, and turnbuckles-based on load capacity ratings.Secure Hitching: Tie, hitch, or clamp the rigging gear onto the machinery or structural load safely to eliminate sliding, tilting, or dropping risks during movement.2. Lifting & Crane CoordinationSignaling & Spotting: Direct crane, hoist, or forklift operators using clear, standardized hand signals or two-way radio communication to safely steer the load through tight industrial bays.Equipment Positioning: Oversee the smooth landing, leveling, and positioning of heavy equipment (such as massive presses, storage tanks, or VMC machines) onto their foundations or structural anchoring bolts.Tackle Management: Set up and dismantle temporary rigging structures like chain blocks, winches, pulley systems, and gantry frames on-site.3. Safety Inspections & MaintenanceDaily Inspection: Perform mandatory daily checks on all ropes, slings, and lifting tackles for signs of wear, fraying, cracks, or deformation. Immediately tag and quarantine damaged equipment.Safe Working Load (SWL): Ensure strict compliance with the Safe Working Load limits of all lifting gear without exception.4. Site Discipline & TeamworkArea Barricading: Secure and clear the lifting zone or pathway of all non-essential personnel before a heavy lift begins.5S Compliance: Maintain the rigging store room by properly rolling, cleaning, oiling, and hanging slings and chains according to safety standards.

Minimum 2+ years of experience working in the animation industry as a Rigging artist. Experience in a variety of rigging techniques, and the ability to optimize performance of rigs. Expert in Autodesk Maya and Unity, with good skills in MEL and Python scripting. Advanced hero character rigging experience with a Autodesk-Unity based pipeline; knowledgeof other game engines a plus. Strong experience working with 3D facial rigging + blend shapes for highly expressive facesincluding subtle expressions. Good communication skills & ability to take direction. Reporting Relationships:This position report toKey Responsibilities: Responsible for final 3D scene assembly and rendering of elements required to complete visual effectsshots Optimize and troubleshoot lighting and rendering problems Work closely with CG Supervisors to determine best approach to solve 3D challenges and develop final look Work closely with compositors to finish selected shots so that CG elements are seamlessly integrated withlive-action plates Provide Light and Render CG Shots for feature film production Create Pre-Comp shots Ensure shots meet render requirements Collaborate with other sections concerned by lighting work Execute requested corrections by applying an analytic and proactive mind Ensure that the final product aligns with the needs of the client Need to maintain and complete the schedule and quotas given Deliver work within established project targets and the high-quality standards of the companySkills and Experience: Minimum TWO (2) years of VFX experience in modelling and texturing Should be proficient in creating realistic lighting setups Know the scientific principles behind lighting, with know-how of lighting techniques and materials Good understanding of colour theory, perspective and design theory, with strong sense of light and shadow Good knowledge in Image editing software, 3D lighting software and 2D compositing software Capable of using light to enhance the atmosphere, tone, depth and mood of a scene Ability to create colour keys, to indicate a range of colour hues in a scene Capable of using the shader settings to create effects like reflections and wet surfaces appearance Good experience Texture Painting or Look D
