*JOB DESCRIPTIONS:*We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced *Content Editor and Reviewer for Competitive Exam Publications to join our editorial team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for language, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style, particularly in the context of book publishing.Responsibilities:Review and edit manuscripts for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and consistency.Ensure the text adheres to the house style and follows all established guidelines.Collaborate with authors to address content issues, suggest revisions, and improve clarity and readability.Perform fact-checking and ensure accuracy in terminology, references, and information.Proofread the final manuscript before publication, checking for any remaining errors.Provide constructive feedback and guidance to authors regarding structural changes, pacing, and narrative flow.Maintain version control of edited documents and manage editorial deadlines efficiently.Requirements:Bachelors degree.Proven experience as a copy editor, editor, or proofreader, particularly in competitive exam books.Excellent command of English, including grammar, style, and usage.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Familiarity with editing tools (e.g., MS Word, Adobe Acrobat) and track changes functionality.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with authors and the editorial team.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Academic, reference & competitive exam book publication.Knowledge of the book publishing process, including formatting and layout.Experience working with self-published authors or traditional publishing houses
