Provide daily medical care and supervision to patients admitted in the ward.Conduct regular patient rounds and monitor patient conditions.Carry out physician instructions and update treatment charts.Respond to medical emergencies promptly and escalate critical cases.Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for smooth operations.Ensure proper documentation and reporting of patient progress.Counsel patients and their families regarding treatment plans and discharge processes.

Qualification- MBBS/BAMS/BHMS Maharashtra Medical Council Registration required Total work : 1-4 years Job type : Full Time Shift- Rotational Duty hours- 8 hours -12 hours Salary 20000/- to 25000/-Full Job Description Complete daily rounds for each patient. (twice in a shift) Collect reports of patient investigation. Inform consultant regarding reports and patient status. Write daily doctor order properly in proper format. Filling up new admission history/ examination finding and treatment advise in software on same day. Pre-operative checklist and consent for surgery and anesthesia should be checked and completed. Preparing patient for discharge. Filling discharge summary. Job description 1. Conducts beneficiary registration & updates details in IT enabled application.2. Screening of patients of age 30yrs and above for RBS and BP measurement for diagnosis of Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension3. Checks & Records vitals in the prescribed format. Conducts laboratory tests (simple pointof care tests) as per the protocols and also as advised by the Medical Officer.4. Initiates Telemedicine consultation for Newly diagnosed /Existing Cases of HTN/DM.5. Guidance to the patients on the nearest govt health facilities for availing further management.6. Counsels and educates beneficiaries, as per specific need in personalizing, substance abuse, and physical activity.7. Dispenses medication as per the advice of medical officer.
