Address customer concerns and objections to prevent policy cancellations. Offer customized solutions and discounts (if applicable) to retain customers.3. Customer Service & Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy terms, coverage, and pricing. Assist customers in understanding their policies and available benefits. Resolve complaints and escalations related to renewals and retention.4. Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional motor insurance products.
