Need to give software technical support by over phone, email and thru remote desktop access (ANYDESK, ULTRAVIEWER, TEAM VIEWER).3. Respond customer mails on timely manner. 4. Establish the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation and defining, documenting and Enforcing system standards.Design and implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment.Maximise network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimisation. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and the Microsoft offerings across various product lines that can be utilized.
