Roles and Responsibilities :1. Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.2. Discussing system and server upgrades with IT managers.3. Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers.4. Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users.5. Troubleshooting system and server errors.6. Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.7. Monitoring and updating the Windows codebase.8. Managing user access.9. Monitoring system performance.10.Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups.Key Knowledge :1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.2. Proven work experience as a Windows Administrator is preferred.3. Experience in GIT / Release Management Expertise.4. Microservices.5. Docker.6. Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance.7 Ability to create scripts in PowerShell.8. Experience with databases, patch management, and networks including LAN and WAN.9. Knowledge of Hyper-V and VMs.10. Knowledge of Active Directory and related components.11. Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup.12. Knowledge of server vulnerability analysis and hardening of servers.13. Excellent problem-solving skills.14. Good analytical and communication skills.
