Nurses should make daily bed side rounds act on patient's complaints & Check the VItals ( Pulse. BP. Spo2 & do the systemic examination) raise lab indents and follow-up Tor lab reports and inform to DMO / treating consultants about lab values, and if values are abnormal then inform them on call, In surgical cases post-operative day, drain, Foley's catheter, Ryle's tube if any should be watched for Drain & intake-output to be mentioned.Surgical site should be assessed for any bleeding & condition for wound lacking all consents for Procedures, Surgery. LAMA consent should be taken with due Signature name & designation of DMO. Should follow NABH Protocols and also should write case sheets of patients from time to time.
