Regional Engineer Jobs

1. Aggressive sales promotion (hardcore) & market penetration require through calling, daily visits in order to establish the brand in assigned region.2. Order finalization & further to achieve the sales target by creating new customer database as well as maintaining the relationship with existing customers.3. Understanding of the product, application & further to have technical & commercial discussion with customer in order to provide suitable product.4. Capable of problem solving, quick response, coordination with back-office team or dispatch team to achieve the customer's satisfaction by providing prompt & fast service.5. Timely payment collection.6. Report submission daily, weekly & monthly basis as per the assigned format given.Candidates must have good exposure & selling knowledge of industrial products along with a good customer database in the manufacturing plants like Automobile, Tyre, Auto Ancillary, Automation & Robotics. Candidates with experience of selling products like Castor & Wheels, Tools, Hardware items, Bearings, Pumps Cutting Tools/Machine tools, Hydraulic or Pneumatic items will get extra advantage.

MUST HAVES:-Education/qualification: An engineering degree/diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial or Electrical engineering-Experience in working with manufacturing / industrial domains in a project which should be of a sales nature preferably robotics or engineering service-Proficiency in English language along with local language fluency-Minimum Relevant Experience: 5 years-Project Management functional role during the project life cycle for customers in Vietnam.-Prior project management experience in manufacturing equipment is desired.-Regional PM role for a similar multinational organization will be desirableJOB Description :Project Management functional role during the project life cycle for customers in Vietnam.i. The customer base is mainly Automotive OEMs and supply chains (Tier 1 components), and similar manufacturers of Engineering products like Engines Motors, Pumps, hydraulics, etc.. Prior working experience in these domains is desired.ii. Prior project management experience in the Manufacturing of Equipment industru=ies is desired.iii. Local language and culture strengths for operating in Vietnam is a mustb. Responsible for collaboration with the back-end project execution team, facilitate communications with customer to align the solution between the teams, and control the time, cost & performance of the tasks within his responsibility.i.
