If you have expert hands-on experience in repairing any one, two, or all three of these specific appliances, we want to hear from you.Note: Candidates must specialize in at least one of these three appliance categories.Key Responsibilities (Based on Your Area of Expertise):Washing Machines: Diagnose, repair, and service Front Load, Top Load, and Semi-Automatic units. Troubleshoot PCB boards, motors, drain pumps, and drum assemblies.Refrigerators: Perform fault diagnosis on Single Door, Double Door, and Side-by-Side fridges. Execute gas charging, leak testing, compressor replacement, and cooling system repair.Microwaves & Ovens: Repair Solo, Grill, and Convection microwave ovens. Candidate must have ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration and AirconditioningWork involves Installing, troubleshooting and repairs of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.Attending Field calls for installation, Service and repairs of refrigerators.Attending escalation complain from other states of India.Communicate with customers and provide demo for newly installed RefrigeratorsPerform preventive maintenance and service calls for customer under Maintenance contract.Display advance knowledge in performing Refrigerant ( R134 & R600 Gas ) Charge preferably using Weight Measure system.Display ability to read standard blue prints and electrical schematics concerning Refrigeration and HVACDisplay solid knowledge and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials required to perform repair and Installation and repairs tasks.Ensure safety and protection of customer assets while performing repairs / maintenance at customers place.Safely perform highly complex repairs of the Refrigeration Product ensuring all methods, materials and practices meet company standards and Local and National codes - with little or no supervisionDisplay the ability to train and mentor other technicians as necessaryEnsure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of customer information, and protect company assetsDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.Speak with others using clear and professional language

To resolve customers complaints & to do the installation work of refrigerator, washing machines, air purifiers.

passport is must. Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment when required. When required perform basic repairs and troubleshooting like plumbing, electrical components, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and bulbs, and other guest room items.
