Good communication skills in ONE of the following languages (Marathi / Hindi / Assamese / Tamil/ Kannada ) Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts. Maintaining details of the customer feedback Follow up with the customers Ability to negotiate and collect payment from the customers
