Position: TyremanDepartment: Maintenance / WorkshopLocation: Electric Bus DepotReporting To: Workshop Manager / Depot ManagerJob Purpose:To ensure the proper inspection, maintenance, repair, and replacement of tyres of electric buses to maintain fleet safety, maximize tyre life, and ensure uninterrupted operations.Key Responsibilities:Inspect tyres of all electric buses on a daily basis for wear, damage, cuts, punctures, and air pressure.Carry out tyre removal, fitment, replacement, and puncture repairs as per standard procedures.Check and maintain correct tyre pressure as per OEM specifications before bus deployment.Perform tyre rotation to ensure uniform wear and increase tyre life.Conduct wheel balancing and alignment checks whenever required.Maintain records of tyre usage, replacement, repairs, scrap tyres, and tyre inventory.Identify and report abnormal tyre wear patterns, wheel defects, and suspension-related issues to the maintenance team.Ensure proper storage, stacking, and handling of tyres in the tyre store.Assist in roadside breakdowns related to tyres whenever required.Ensure availability of spare tyres and maintain stock records.Follow all safety procedures while handling buses, lifting equipment, and tyre changing tools.Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the tyre section and workshop area.Qualification:ITI/10th Pass or equivalent.Certification or training in Tyre Maintenance is a plus.Experience:Minimum 0-3 years of experience in tyre maintenance of buses, trucks, or commercial vehicles.Experience in electric bus operations will be a plusSkills Required:Knowledge of commercial vehicle tyre maintenance.Ability to operate tyre changing equipment and wheel balancing machines.Basic knowledge of workshop safety practices.Good record-keeping and reporting skills.Ability to work in shifts and attend emergency breakdowns.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Tyre life achieved (Kilometres).Reduction in tyre-related breakdowns.Fleet availability.Compliance with preventive maintenance schedules.Proper maintenance of tyre records and inventory

NDT Technician Responsibilities:Traveling to clients' locations.Setting up and calibrating NDT equipment.Conducting rigorous tests on structures and materials using non-destructive techniques.Developing and instituting bespoke NTD procedures for specified products and materials during and after manufacturing.Identifying structural and material defects.Interpreting test results.Completing test reports, and presenting findings.Maintaining NTD equipment.

Key responsibilities:1. Maintain accurate financial records: Keep track of financial transactions, including expenses, revenue, and invoices, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.2. Prepare financial reports: Generate reports on financial performance, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights for decision-making.3. B.Com or professional degree in accounting: Academic background in accounting or finance to support understanding of financial concepts and practices.3. Attention to detail: Ability to accurately record financial data and perform calculations with precision.4. Strong communication skills: Clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors for efficient financial operations.5. The Revenue Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue generation and management within the organization. This includes monitoring income streams, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with revenue policies and regulations.Key responsibilities include managing billing and collections processes, identifying and resolving revenue discrepancies, conducting revenue audits, and preparing revenue forecasts. The Revenue Officer will also collaborate with internal teams to optimize revenue growth strategies and streamline revenue operations.The ideal candidate for this role should have 1-7 years of experience in revenue management, possess a Diploma in a related field, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying revenue opportunities are also essential for success in this role. The candidate should be a male working full-time from the office in Bangalore, India.A Revenue Officer manages land and revenue records, assesses and collects land revenue and taxes, ensures compliance with revenue laws, resolves land-related issues, and handles public grievances related to land and revenue matters.

Key Responsibilities:Evaluate deal setups in workflow systems to ensure compliance with Revenue Recognition Policies.Manage revenue accrual and billing processes for multiple deal types.Perform month-end closing activities related to revenue and billing.Ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation of billing and accrual transactions.Monitor and control Unbilled Revenue Reconciliation (UBR) and resolve variances.Collaborate with Operations, PMO, FP&A, and Central Controllership to close OTC (Order-to-Cash) activities efficiently.Provide solutions to issues related to deal setup and policy adherence.Handle SOX, internal, and statutory audits for the revenue and billing functions.Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with financial policies.Required Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of ERP systems particularly Oracle PA, Oracle Discoverer, and Contract Management System.Advanced MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reports, data analysis).Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.Sound understanding of revenue assurance, accruals, and billing processes.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
