Key Responsibilities:1. Teach assigned courses: Faculty teachers are responsible for delivering lectures, conducting discussions, and facilitating learning in their assigned courses.2. Develop curriculum and lesson plans: Faculty teachers must create engaging and informative lesson plans to effectively deliver course materials to students.3. Assess student performance: Faculty teachers evaluate student understanding through exams, quizzes, projects, and other assessments to provide feedback and measure progress.4. Provide academic support: Faculty teachers offer guidance and support to students outside of class, such as helping with assignments, answering questions, and providing additional resources.5. Participate in faculty meetings: Faculty teachers collaborate with other teaching staff to discuss curriculum updates, student progress, and any other relevant matters related to the academic program.Required Skills and Expectations:- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to students.- Strong organizational skills to manage course materials, assignments, and assessments.- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs of students.- Proficiency in the subject area with a minimum of a Master's degree in a relevant field.- Patience and empathy to support students through their learning journey.

Should be familiar with syllabus and exam pattern for Government Exams like SSC BANK OPSC OSSC POLICE DEFENCE and solve doubts for same.

Looking for Faculties who can record video lectures for GK/GS for Bank (PO and Clerk), SSC (CGL, CHSL, MTS etc.) & RRBCan teach in English and Fluency in Tamil will help.Graduation from a premium institute like IIT, NIT, or equivalent is preferred.

Mentoring of students in accordance with the mission & vision of thecompany Material Enhancement and getting the best learning outcome Constant Feedback to Students, doubt-clearing sessions, etc Test Attendance for all products Inter-department coordination ACR report, Scheduling, Result Compilation GDPI preparation of Students Quant & LR-DI %ile improvement of Students Collaborating with the internal teams like Operations and Academics todeliver the quality and variety of products as promised duringthe marketing stage.

Looking for Faculty to take online classes for Quant and DILR on per class / per hour basis. Experience of teaching these subjects is essential. Preference will be given to MBAs.
