Key Responsibilities:
1. Teach assigned courses: Faculty teachers are responsible for delivering lectures, conducting discussions, and facilitating learning in their assigned courses.
2. Develop curriculum and lesson plans: Faculty teachers must create engaging and informative lesson plans to effectively deliver course materials to students.
3. Assess student performance: Faculty teachers evaluate student understanding through exams, quizzes, projects, and other assessments to provide feedback and measure progress.
4. Provide academic support: Faculty teachers offer guidance and support to students outside of class, such as helping with assignments, answering questions, and providing additional resources.
5. Participate in faculty meetings: Faculty teachers collaborate with other teaching staff to discuss curriculum updates, student progress, and any other relevant matters related to the academic program.
