As a Panel Saw Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production team by operating and maintaining panel saw machinery. Your work will ensure that wood materials are cut accurately and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Operate Panel Saw Machine: Use the panel saw to cut various types of wood materials according to specified measurements and design requirements.- Measure and Mark Materials: Accurately measure and mark wood pieces before cutting to ensure precision and quality in the final product.- Maintain Equipment: Regularly clean and perform basic maintenance on the panel saw to ensure it remains in good working condition, preventing breakdowns or delays in production.- Check Quality of Cuts: Inspect finished cuts for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet company standards before moving on to the next stage of production.- Follow Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all safety protocols while operating machinery to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers.Required Skills and Expectations:- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years operating panel saws or similar machinery is preferred.
