They need to be proficient in various testing methods, able to interpret results, and knowledgeable in relevant regulations and safety standards.

QA/QC in the machine assembly section including final testing . maintain documents, working knowledge in Autocad and measuring instruments. capable to handle man power. knowledge. in ISO documentation. etc. Joining immediately

need to check and maintain quality control of production as per set company guidelines.

Quality Planning & Documentation : Developing and implementing the project Quality Plan(PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) You must also maintain crucial records like Material Inspection Request (MIR) and Inspection Requests (IR) Material Verification: Ensuring all incoming materials match approved submittals and meet quality standards (e.g., checking test certificates for steel or concrete) before they are used in construction. Site Inspections & Witness Testing: Conducting regular field inspections and witnessing laboratory test (such as concrete slump or cube tests) to verify that workmanship meets the required method statements. Non-Conformance Management : Identifying defects or deviations, issuing Non- Conformance Reports (NCRs), and overseeing corrective actions to ensure the issue is resolved permanently. Audit & Compliance: Performing internal quality audits and coordinating with third party inspectors or client consultants to secure approvals for completed work. Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, monthly quality reports for management to track trends and ensure the project remains on schedule without costly rework.
